24x7x 365 Continuity and Network Redundancy

Our solution is to build guest network solutions that provide the highest possible uptime. We believe well-constructed solutions reduce operational and support costs, thereby providing the highest level of service possible for our clients. While failover hardware options are available to all of clients, our solution maintains the “heavy lifting” processor function in our Network Operations Center (NOC), thereby making each device on the network a simple swap with no loss of data or system continuity.
Our primary and redundant NOCs are located in Manchester, New Hampshire and Falls Church, Virginia. Additionally, we have a test environment in Dubai, UAE. Each of the NOCs has redundant high-speed Internet connections, N+1 server redundancy for all application servers, web servers, DNS servers, database servers and management servers. Both facilities have a separate load balancing BGP router, redundant UPS environmental systems installed.
All of our customer sites are monitored in real time via SMNP. We are instantly alerted if any of our sites have connectivity issues. The management application in our 24x7 NOC has a “heads up” display that alerts us if any conditions warrant our attention, such as an internet line disconnecting or a gateway reporting transient errors or going offline.
Since all of our AAA (Authorization, Authentication, Accounting) and support management processing is hosted via our NOCs, we can easily position redundancy at client locations by provisioning redundant gateways on separate VLANs. The use-managed switches and redundant Internet connections can be used for additional reliability.
Swapping a preconfigured gateway and/or an access point is a simple process. As such, some of our more budget-conscious customers have spares on hand. As a standard, we also provide 24-hour replacement if the customer business tolerances allow it and do not require on-site spares.
